On this journey founded in 1996 and now led by its second generation, KALEKS A.Ş. holds over 30 years of deep-rooted experience in aluminium extrusion die design and manufacturing.
At our high-technology facility in Gebze, Kocaeli, we produce high-precision extrusion dies for solid and hollow aluminium profiles. From design to CNC machining and from wire and sinker EDM to final inspection, we carry out every production process in-house within an integrated structure. With an extensive archive of over 40,000 profiles and our digital die management system, we deliver custom, consistently high-quality solutions for every geometry.
Beyond our expertise in extrusion dies, we extend this precision manufacturing capability to the defence and automotive industries, producing qualified mechanical parts, jigs and fixtures for these strategic sectors.
Using H13/1.2344 tool steel and rigorous quality control, every die leaves our facility perfect.
Our 18-machine capacity and integrated production flow allow us to offer competitive lead times.
We extend our CNC and EDM capability to precision component manufacturing for the defence and automotive industries.
Since 1996 we have manufactured profile dies for Turkey's established aluminium extrusion companies. Our dies produce profiles for the domestic market and for export to Côte d'Ivoire, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Iraq and Tunisia.
